HYDERABAD: The state BJP has urged governor ESL Narasimhan to recommend dismissal of the Kiran Kumar Reddy government for ``violations of consitutional provisions’’. Speaking to reporters here on Tuesday, party spokesman NVSS Prabhakar listed out the violation of constitutional obligations allegedly committed by the state government and wondered why the governor was allowing the government to continue.“The CM failed to conduct local body polls and all local bodies are now being ruled by special officers. It is violation of Articles 73 and 74 of the Constitution. The government diverted the ST and SC sub-plan funds to other programmes.Ministers are not discharging their duties, MLAs’ resignations were rejected, CBI seized the files of several members of YSR cabinet,’’ Prabhakar said.
