TRIPUNITHURRA: A new complex with 40 apartments will be constructed soon at the Armed Reserve(AR)Camp here after demolishing the existing police quarters, which is in bad condition, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has said.
He was delivering the inaugural address at the foundationstone laying ceremony of the New Administrative Block-cum-Barrack here at the AR Camp. As Infopark has been upgraded as the state's IT headquarters, the government is planning to open a police station to maintain law and order on the Infopark campus.

Chandy expressed concern over the endless delay in completing the government construction and hoped that the Kerala Police Housing and Construction Corporation (KPHCC) would complete the proposed new Administrative Block and Barrack at the camp site. IG Sreelekha welcomed the gathering.
