In the Windows 8 New Invention Programme appfest conducted in association with Microsoft Technologies in Bangalore recently, Sakthi Mariyamman Engineering College, Thandalam, Chennai, participated and set a world record. They also received medals and certificates from Microsoftware Technologies.
Mr Baskar Pramanik rang a bell to start the programme, Microsoft ware(India) and Mr Paul O’ neil, Vice – President of World Guinness Record Book inaugurated the competition.
Mr KN Ramachandran, founder – Chairman, Sakthi Mariyamman Engineering college, also appreciated the students.
