The Rosaiah government de-notified the `200-crore land and allotted it to a TDP leader, ignoring the HMDA commissioner’s objection, the petitioner alleged.Following the petition, the HC directed ACB to register cases against Rosaiah nder the Prevention of Corruption Act.The petitioner told the court that the land in question was purchased by GN Naidu from land owners in 1997 after a notification had been issued for its acquisition. In 2010, the Rosaiah govt de-notified the land, which had been in possession of HMDA since 2004, and handed it over in an unlawful manner.
