Cyanide Mohan stocked tubes

MANGALORE: Small plastic tubes, allegedly used by accused Mohan Kumar, was purchased from Shri Sai Traders near Central Market, shop manager Cyril D’Souza testified before the Fast Track court on Thursday.  On the fourth day of the trial into the case, D’Souza recollected that Kumar had purchased nine such boxes between May and June in 2009. Five months later, Mohan accompanied by police had visited the shop and collected his statement, he said. D’Souza rejected Mohan’s statement and stressed that they were familiar with regular customers. A receptionist at Vinayaka Lodge in Madikeri said Kumar had written his name in register as Sudhakar Acharya.
