Delhi blasts: Cops prepare sketches, detain two
Eyewitnesses are helping police prepare sketches of suspected bombers.

New Delhi: The Delhi police on Sunday were preparing sketches of suspected Delhi bombers who placed explosives in Connaught Place.

They were said to be taking help from five eyewitnesses, including a 12-year-old balloon seller, who saw few men placing packets in the dustbins at Central Park and Barakhamba Road.

The witnesses were called to Police headquarters on Sunday morning to assist them in making sketches, a senior police official said.

Besides the teenager, a father-son duo who sell street food at Barakhamba Road were also among those summoned to the headquarters. "We are questioning them and trying to prepare sketches," the official said.

The balloon seller claimed he saw two men placing a packet inside a dustbin. The boy claimed that the bearded men wore pyjama-kurta and left in a three-wheeler minutes before the blast.

"They met quickly and went to the parking. A man was wearing black clothes. They came here and put a black polythene in the dustbin and went away," Rahul had said.

At least 21 people were killed in the five blasts at three places in the national capital last evening.

Meanwhile, the Delhi Police Special Team detained two people named Adnan and Abdul Rasheed Afghan from Sini Bagh, Kalindi Kunj for questioning.
