New Delhi: In the capital a 34 yr-old woman and her two sons were found dead in their Uttam Nagar residence on Friday night.
The murder was reported by the husband. Police have ruled out theft and suspect the killer is someone known to the family. Police are questioning the husband Hemchand and his neighbours.
It seems, Hemchand, the woman's husband, came home at 10:15 pm, no one opened the door. He then sought help from his neighbours on the ground floor to enter his first floor flat.
He found his wife Seema and two children one seven years old and the other four dead.
Hemchand and Seema got married in 2000 but separated from his parents after a scuffle but his relations with his wife were quite smooth.
In Mumbai, 2 people were killed and three others injured in a car accident on Friday night.
A speeding Maruti Omni hit 5 people at a crowded area in Ghatkopar. The dead included a 65-year-old female vegetable vendor. The injured have been taken to the Rajawadi hospital. The driver of the car has been arrested and the vehicle seized.
