Amreeshpur, aged 22, who was driving the motorcycle, and pillion rider Ninama (65) were killed in the accident, SHO (Kheemra Police Station) Narendra Kumar said over telephone.
Ninama, elected on the Congress ticket, had represented Ghatol assembly constituency during the Shekhawat regime.
Locals staged protests blocking roads till midnight last night demanding arrest of the tractor driver.
