Fake currency case: Accused gets bail

KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Thursday granted bail to Ashish, the third accused in the Thaliparamba counterfeit currency case being probed by the National Investigation Agency.The court had earlier granted bail to the first and second accused, Pradeep Kumar and Kamal Ummar respectively, in the case.  NIA special Prosecutor submitted that bail can be granted subject to the terms and conditions.Earlier, the National Investigation Agency Special Court had dismissed the bail application as the final report is yet to be filed by the NIA.
