Playboy's Miss January 2002 has been seeking to market a videotaped sex session with Colin Farrell for a seven-figure payout.

Sex sells. If it involves a big boy like Colin Farrell, it booms. And if it involves a glam girl with one-fourth desi genes, the price can simply shoot up to many many millions.

Former glamour model Nicole Narain - Playboy's Miss January 2002 - has been seeking to market a videotaped sex session with the 'Alexander' of Hollywood and if the buzz is to be believed, the Indian-American model could get a $3 million as advance payment from an Internet porn outfit for this.

Interestingly, snippets from the video were released on the Internet last year itself and they can still be found online.

According to thesmokinggun.com, the seven-figure payout to Nicole is stipulated in an October 2005 option agreement.

There is a rider though. To get to that point, Nicole needs to prevail in her lawsuit against the Hollywood star, who is suing to keep the steamy video under wraps.

Nicole is challenging the actor's claim that they agreed to keep the 14-minute videotape private while the objective of Farrell's legal bid has been to prevent the distribution of the sex tape.

A Los Angeles Superior Court has already ruled that the legal bid must proceed and directed Narain's lawyers to file an answer to Farrell's suit.

Nicole signed with Internet Commerce Group of Arizona in last October to distribute the 15-minute video if Farrell's legal challenge fails.

When word of the 31-year-old Narain's plan to peddle the video leaked last summer, Farrell, 29, filed the lawsuit against her and two porn brokers and obtained a court restraining order barring distribution of the sex tape.

Farrell subsequently named ICG and a friend of Narain's as additional defendants. In a March 13 court filing, Farrell's lawyers included the option agreement between Narain and ICG, which has locked up Narain's rights in case Farrell's legal bid fails, clearing the way for the tape's distribution.

According to the option agreement Narain gets $100,000 irrespective of whether or not the explicit video can be marketed. The document also calls for Narain's legal fees to be covered up to $60,000.

The deal also provides Narain with 60 per cent of all 'net revenues' generated by the video's exploitation and requires her to 'diligently pursue her rights' to the videotape and 'vigorously defend' against Farrell's lawsuit.
