In the heart of the untamed wilderness, Michee Jules and Maya Jules embarked on a romantic getaway, seeking tranquility and adventure. The couple, originally from New Jersey, flew to Quebec, Canada, in February to celebrate Michee’s birthday. But little did they know that their idyllic retreat was about to be interrupted by the most unexpected encounter. As the moon cast its ethereal glow upon their secluded cabin, a chilling surprise awaited them outside—a pack of nine wolves.
The wolves gave a surprising visit and began howling through the night. Although they were warned about the presence of wolves in the area, neither of them expected to see a pack of them appear outside their glass walls.
A video of the same has surfaced online, capturing the remarkable sight of the pack howling near a couple’s glass-walled cabin in Quebec, Canada. As the video proceeds, Michee turns the camera and shows how the wolves can close by to interact with him. Later, Michee also opened the doors and interacted with the wolves, sitting beside them.

“Seems obvious they’ve been fed by other people at this home before. They showed no fear and no aggression towards a human,” posted a user.

While speaking to the New York Post, photographer Michee shared his passion for wildlife photography and said, “It felt so joyful to be able to watch these animals. I love animals, and my passion is to capture the moments while seeing them interacting in their natural environment.” In the same conversation, the couple claimed that they enjoyed their time in the wilderness for seven days and saw the wolves every day during their week-long stay. Sharing his experience of watching the animals so close to their cabin, Michee added, “I couldn’t believe we were lucky enough to see the wolves so close up and so often.”
Elaborating further, the 34-year-old shared his astonishment to see their calm nature despite the wild nature of the wolves. He revealed that he wasn’t frightened by their presence, saying, “When I opened the door to the wolves, I was very surprised by their calm reaction. I still kept my distance, but I wasn’t bothered, nor did I feel threatened,” he said. The user also shared that he would want to return to Canada again for this extraordinary encounter. “I’d definitely go back to Canada again just for this experience alone,” he expressed.
