Focus on Orissa at BJP executive meeting

BHUBANESWAR: The BJP State unit will take up a host of issues relating to Orissa in the party’s national executive meeting on June 5 at Lucknow.Issues relating to the current political instability, scams and the Naxal menace will be raised at the meeting.State BJP president Jual Oram, Legislature Party leader KV Singhdeo and senior leaders Biswabhusan Harichandan, Dharmendra Pradhan and Surama Padhi had already proceeded to Lucknow.The party will also discuss strategies for the ensuing three-tier panchayat elections in the State.
