Gurgaon: One person on Wednesday succumbed to injuries while his father has been shifted to the ICU of another hospital in the capital, after a group of men fired at them inside the Sunrise Hospital in Gurgaon.
As many as 8 to 10 people barged into the hospital and shot at the father and the son in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the hospital. The entire incident was caught on CCTV cameras.
The same group had clashed outside a local court earlier on Tuesday. It was during the scuffle outside the court that the father and the son had got injured and admitted to the hospital.
According to the police, prime facie it appeared to be a case of personal enmity. Police also said that the two groups belonging to the Khandsa village were involved in the shoot out.
