Bhubaneswar: Heat wave continues to lash Odisha as 42 people die in the state this summer season. Government, however, has kept the toll at 10.
"The toll which stood at eight yesterday, soared to ten with two fresh casualties reported during the day," Odhisa's Special Relief Commissioner's office said.
Three persons died in Mayurbhanj district and one person each in Balasore, Bhadrak, Balangir, Cuttack, Jajpur, Kendrapara and Khurda districts.
