How can government invoke ESMA: K Keshava Rao

HYDERABAD: Congress Rajya Sabha member K Keshava Rao has questioned the state government how would it invoke the provisions of EMSA against the Telangana employees without the approval of Telangana ministers.Speaking to media persons here on Monday,  Keshava Rao wondered how chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy was running the government without holding a cabinet meeting. He said it was unfortunate that though as many as 600 youths and students committed suicide for Telangana, no discussion took place in the Assembly. Equally unfortunate was the Prime Minister not making any mention of suicides in the Parliament, he said.Keshava Rao dismissed as baseless the reports that they were planning to attend Parliament session. All the MPs who have resigned have decided not to attend the Parliament session, he said adding that there were no differences among the MPs on the issue.
