New Delhi: HTC announced the launch of two new smartphones in India - Desire 210 and Desire 816. The HTC Desire 210 will be available in India by the end of this month at Rs 8,700, while the HTC Desire 816 will be available in India starting May at Rs 23,990.
The Desire 210 has a 4-inch WVGA display and weighs 130g. Powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor, the phone has a 5 megapixel rear camera and a front VGA camera.
It runs Android with HTC Sense and has 4GB of internal storage. The phone supports a microSD card of up to 32GB. It is a dual SIM (micro SIM + regular SIM) phone. The HTC Desire 210 comes packed with a 1300mAh battery.
The HTC Desire 816, on the other hand, is a 5.5-inch phablet. Powered by a 1.6GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, the phone sports a 13 megapixel rear and a 5 megapixel front camera. The Desire 816 has an internal storage of 8GB and it supports a microSD card of 128GB. The phone has 1.5GB of RAM.
