Hyderabad collector needs counselling: HC

HYDERABAD: Justice CV Nagarjuna Reddy on Monday pulled up Hyderabad district collector Natarajan Gulzar. The judge voiced the need to counsel him and called upon the state advocate general Sudhershan Reddy to undertake the same.The judge was dealing with a contempt case filed by Brijlal Singh and others, who complained the collector had failed to implement orders of the court. The judge had earlier at the instance of petitioners directed the collector to effect changes in the Town Survey Land Registrar. The judge also pointed out that there have been a number of contempt cases filed against the collector.
