BANGALORE: Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB), has joined hands with the Centre for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis (CARMA), a unit of the School of Business Administration at Wayne State University, Detroit, US, for a workshop on research methods.
An interdisciplinary centre working towards helping faculty, graduate students and professionals learn about current developments in various areas of research methods and statistics, CARMA will focus on research methods relevant to the management and organisational sciences at this workshop. It will be conducted on June 25 and 26."Our workshops last for oneandahalf days and include an equal balance of lecture and computer lab time with handson experience, with an emphasis on the application of the methodology. Our instructors are internationally recognised in the organisational studies and management areas as experts on their topics. In fact, many of them are current or past editors of leading organisational journals," states the CARMA website.

With expertise and a successful record, CARMA is renowned in providing a stimulating and comfortable environment for learning research methods and data analysis. Its short courses and workshops are scheduled over Melbourne, Virginia, Lyon, apart from the upcoming programme in Bangalore in near future.
