The Indriya Beach Resort and Spa at Cherai near here is all set to welcome the tourists in the coming season.
The resort consists of secluded luxury cottages, sumptuously appointed executive suites, banquet areas and a state-of-the-art spa. The proximity to the Muziris heritage sites adds glamour to the resort.
It offers a variety of choices, 48 rooms and cottages, a tree-house overlooking the sea, contemporary sea-facing rooms, to high-end ‘Poyil’ cottages, typical Kerala-style traditional houses with a view of the backwaters. There are rooms on the houseboat that anchors in the middle of the backwaters, with all in house facilities. The tariff ranges from Rs 8,000-Rs 25,000 per day depending on the rooms.
