Bhubaneswar: Infosys Foundation informed the Odisha government that it will construct toilets in 109 state-run schools in the capital city as part of its involvement in the Swachha Vidyalaya programme.
Infosys Foundation chairperson Sudha Murty informed this to the state government when she met Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
This apart, Murty also said the foundation would take responsibility of constructing a major road in Jagatsinghpur district, a release issued by the Chief Minister's office said.
The state government on its part requested Murty to assist in proper implementation of the school computer literacy programme. The Infosys Foundation would train the trainers for the school computer literacy programme, the release added.
