BANGALORE: Ending five days of speculation, Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda on Tuesday allocated portfolios to the five newly inducted ministers. In a related development, senior BJP leaders on Tuesday held informal talks on expanding the Cabinet but failed to take any decision. In the meantime, it is believed that Sadananda Gowda would take up the final round of Cabinet expansion in a week.PortfoliosThe ministers and their respective portfolios are as follows: Balachandra Jarkiholi - Municipal Administration and Public Enterprises; Anand Asnotikar - Fisheries, Science and Technology; C P Yogeshwar - Forest Department; Narasimha Nayak (Rajugouda) - Small Scale Indutries; and Varthur Prakash - Textiles.
