Malini Ramani gets HC nod to go abroad
The Delhi High Court asked Malini to submit the passports of her parents besides Rs five lakh as pre-conditions.

New Delhi: Fashion designer and key witness in the Jessica Lal murder case Malini Ramani was on Friday granted permission by the Delhi High Court to travel abroad for attending exhibitions.

Justice Anil Kumar asked Malini to submit the passports of her parents besides Rs five lakh as pre-conditions for traveling to Bali and Bangkok.

The Counsel, appearing for Malini, submitted that the petitioner had earlier gone abroad after seeking the court's permission.

The Court asked Malini to return to India by November 1 and report to the Investigating Officer (IO).
