In a press meet held here, Govindacharya said that he has not been in touch with BJP leaders for the last 12 years.“But because of my close association with some old timers I came to know that high command no longer existed in the BJP. People who met Advani tell me many things. This reveals that the party leaders are not taking Advani’s advise. Whatever I have heard may not be truth also,” he added.Govindacharya said that at present, all political parties are pro-foreign and prorich.“ But unfortunately nobody is pro-Bharat,” he said. On former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa who is eying the BJP state president post, Govindacharya said, “It is left to the party to ponder over it.”Explaining how the party has changed over the years, he revealed that he was incharge of BJP in the southern states between 1992- 94. On state BJP party ministers facing allegations of being associated with Sangh Pariwar, Govindacharya said, “For the folly of ones others cannot be accused.”Describing the works of Rashtriya Swabhiman Andolan, Govindacharya said that to increase agricultural yield with low cost and low capital, the organisation aims to develop 127 nodal training centres across the country.“About 36-37 have already being identified.
