New Delhi: Delhiites woke up to an overcast sky accompanied by a drizzle today even as the minimum temperature settled at 13.4 degrees Celsius, four notches above normal.
Previously, a higher minimum temperature was recorded at 15 degrees Celsius on the same date in 2011, said a MeT official.
Humidity was recorded at 82 per cent at 8.30 in the morning.
There was mist in the morning but there was no fog.
Railways officials said that 11 Delhi-bound trains were running late while 19 trains remained cancelled as announced earlier.
However, the flight operations remained normal as per the Delhi airport website.
The Weatherman has forecast a partly cloudy sky with very light rain in a few places in the national capital. The maximum temperature is likely to settle around 22 degrees Celsius.
