Accordingly, the government issued orders  on Tuesday constituting a committee comprising the special chief secretary or principal secretary (AHDD&F department), principal secretary (R&E finance department), APSFGDCF Limited managing director, chief director or director (livestock) of NCDC and regional director of NCDC.
