Police arrest 3 people with bomb material in Kolkata

Kolkata: Three people have been arrested with bomb material in Kolkata on Sunday afternoon.

Police have recovered explosives from their house.

Earlier in February, public entry at Kolkata airport was restricted for three days after a threat e-mail. The threat e-mail had demanded Rs 16 lakh.

Security at the NSC Bose International Airport was beefed up after the email threat that it would be blown up, airport officials had said.
