ANGUL: A polling official died and six others were injured when the minibus in which they were travelling hit a tree near Handappa on NH-55, 50 km from here at 7 pm on Monday.The deceased has been identified as Kumar Behera, an employee with the District Horticulture Office. The injured have been admitted to SCB Medical in Cuttack. Angul Collector Siba Prasad Mishra said the bus was carrying 12 members of a polling party who were on their way to Kishorenagar from Chhendipada for poll duty.
