Reddy bail plea hearing posted to November 15

HYDERABAD: The special CBI court on Friday posted the hearing on the bail petition filed by former minister and mining baron Gali Janardhan Reddy and his brother-in-law BV Srinivas Reddy to November 15.Janardhana Reddy’s counsel had filed a fresh petition seeking bail for him and his brother-in-law BV Srinivas Reddy thrice in the special CBI court on November 8.The CBI counsel filed a counter petition opposing the bail for accused in the Obulapuram Mining Company illegal mining case.Later, the Magistrate B Naga Maruthi Sharma posted for further hearing on the plea.
