New Delhi: On the concluding day of the 14th SAARC summit, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh held a meeting with his Pakistani counterpart Shaukat Aziz.

During the meet, which took place at the Prime Minister's Race Course residence, the two leaders are understood to have discussed a host of bilateral issues, including Kashmir and terrorism.

Official sources said the two leaders reviewed the progress in the ongoing dialogue process. They also noted that the Defence Secretaries of the two countries would be meeting in Islamabad on Friday to discuss Siachen and Sir Creek issues.

Aziz is also reported to have renewed the invitation to the Prime Minister to visit Pakistan.

While cashing in on the duty reduction announced by the Manmohan Singh Government, Pakistan has offered to export cement to India. The two sides also agreed to increase direct air links to facilitate easier travel.

Pakistan's readiness to export cement to India came in the backdrop of the Government doing away with countervailing duty and additional customs duty, making imports more viable.

National Security Adviser M K Narayanan, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister T K A Nair, and Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon were present during the meet.

Among those representing Pakistan were Foreign Minister Khurshid Mahmud Kasuri, Foreign Secretary Riaz Mohammed Khan and Pakistan High Commissioner to India Shahid Malik.
