Schoolkid fatally run over by bus

A seven-year-old girl was killed on the spot when she was run over by an RTC bus at Gundalamitta village of Garidepally mandal on Saturday.

According to the police, the mishap occurred when Anantha Kalyani, a Class II student in a private school at the village, was going home from school.

The bus driver fled after the accident. Garidepally police registered a case and is inquiring.
