"Chouhan, who once described himself as well-wisher of employees, has now become so arrogant that he thinks he would win the elections without help from any one," Ajay said in a statement on Saturday night.

Ajay said Chouhan chose not to implement the sixth pay commission report in the state and did not keep promises he had given to pensioners.
