New Delhi: An SUV belonging to Indo Tibetan Border Police Force's (ITBP) Inspector General Anand Swarup, which was stolen on January 19, has been recovered.
Seven people have been arrested in connection with the theft.
Swarup's Tata Safari, which has a blue beacon, was stolen from outside from his residence in Noida's sector 23.
During interrogation, the accused said they targeted the vehicle because it is easy to unlock. The arrested persons were remanded in custody for further questioning.
