Swimmers emerge victorious in Belgaum

BELGAUM: Swimmer Tanvi Doddanavar won gold medals in all 16 events at the Rani Channamma University Inter Collegiate Swimming Championship organised by GSS College in Belgaum recently. Yash Shinde was declared the fastest swimmer at the meet. He bagged three gold medals, three silver medals and three bronze medals in the championship. Ankush Kanbarkar was the runners up and won a gold medal in high board diving and three silver medals in other events. Anuja Kalkundrikar bagged three silver medals and seven bronze medals. Physically-challenged Raghavendra Anvekar won two silver medals and four bronze medals. Jotiba Kundekar bagged two silver medals and four bronze medals.
