Through the temple The famous gopura consists of representations of the various amazing episodes from the Vedas. Different parts of the texts have been featured beautifully with the help of sculptures and paintings in seven floors. The temple interestingly has an elevator and broad steps for the convenience of the devotees. “The elevator is the first of its kind in Bangalore. No other temple in Bangalore has an elevator,” says Kemparaju, secretary of the temple trust. The temple also holds a large sculpture of Lord Vishnu's Garuda Vahana. One has go through the Garuda Vahana to enter the temple.  There are four entries to the temple.
