Title deed distribution on August 19

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: As part of the 100-day action programme, 2,900 title deeds will be distributed in the Thiruvananthapuram district on August 19. Revenue Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan told reporters here on Tuesday that Chief Minister Oommen Chandy would inaugurate the state-level function to distribute title deeds and forest rights documents at Chandrasekharan Nair Stadium here at 10 a.m.

Revenue Minister will preside. Opposition Leader V S Achuthanadnan, Ministers V S Sivakaumar and P K Jayalakshmi will also attend the function. On this occasion, 1,373 people will be given family welfare assistance worth Rs 10,000 each.
