The candidates who have cleared the UPSC Civil Services Prelims can now prepare for the UPSC Civil Services Mains Examination that will be held on October 28th 2017.

The UPSC Civil Services Prelims Results 2017 have been declared by the Union Public Service Commission on its official website upsc.gov.in late last night. The examination for UPSC Civil Services Prelims was conducted by on June 18th 2017 in which millions of candidates across India had participated.

How to Check UPSC Civil Services Prelims Results 2017?

Step 1: Visit the official website upsc.gov.in

Step 2: Click on Result: Civil Services (Prelim.) Examination 2017 at the left side of home screen under ‘What’s New’

Step 3: A pdf will open and you can do a search with CTRL+F with your Roll Number

Step 4: Save the PDF for future reference

In the UPSC Civil Services Prelims Exams 2017 the commission had included questions related to Goods and Services Tax (GST), Benami property and transactions, National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF), ‘Vidyanjali Yojana’, Central Government Schemes and ‘Smart India Hackathon’ among others that checked the current affairs and general knowledge of the candidates.

The candidates who have cleared the UPSC Civil Services Prelims can now prepare for the UPSC Civil Services Mains Examination that will be held on October 28th 2017. The candidates need to fill Detail Application Form for Civil Services Mains - DAF (CSM) online, once it is available on the UPSC’s official website from August 17th 2017. Last date to fill DAF (CSM) is August 31st 2017 6PM.

The candidates must register themselves on the UPSC’s web portal while applying for DAF (CSM) for mains as they will be able to download their e-admit card via their candidate profile. The e-admit cards will be available 2 weeks before the Mains Examination date.
