The Madras High Court on Wednesday ordered a fresh autopsy on one of the girls who had allegedly committed suicide in Villupuram in Tamil Nadu.

In addition to the fresh autopsy, the parents have also demanded a state CB-CID probe into the incident, calling her death a murder.

Nineteen-year-old Monisha and two other students had allegedly committed suicide near their college in Villupuram over the weekend. In an alleged suicide note, the girls blamed their college of extortion and harassment.

The alleged suicide note left behind by students Priyanka, Saranya and Monisha accuses the SVS college management of charging excess fees and torture.

In the two-page suicide note, the naturopathy students had said, "Despite several complaints…no action has been taken. We have worked more doing menial jobs here than studies….We are committing suicide so that action can be taken against this college. Despite several complaints no action has been taken.
