BANGALORE: Former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa said that he would not blame any person or political party for his present crisis while calling upon those responsible to “introspect” themselves. But he subtly sent a message to his opponents that he was not the one to take all this lying down by stating that those who celebrated my prison term would repent in future. “Some people sent me to jail on false charges. The time will come that they will also repent.” While recalling his days in jail, Yeddyurappa said that for the first time in his life he celebrated Deepavali and Karnataka Rajyotsava in jail. On graft charges against him Yeddyurappa said that he had immense faith in the judiciary and he would get justice. When asked when he would return as chief minister, he said: “It is left to the party leadership the citizens of the state.”
