KOCHI: The Anti-Tobacco Movement at Amrita (ATMA) is observing the World No-Tobacco Day on Thursday with various programmes. A meeting will be organised at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre (AIMS) at 4 pm in this connection. The theme of this year’s No Tobacco Day observation will be the state government’s declaration of banning the sale of gutka and pan masala.The functions will be inaugurated by Ernakulam range IG Padmakumar. There will be an educational exhibition from Thursday to Saturday and a lecture demonstration by the students.
