Sneak Peek Into The Making Of J-Hope's Album Hope On The Street Vol 1
In a behind-the-scene video, BTS member J-Hope revealed that one of his tracks named I Don’t Know was previously titled In The House.

South Korean boyband member J-Hope’s latest album Hope On The Street Vol 1 created the perfect musical storm upon its release on March 29. Fans aka the BTS ARMY were bowled over by the K-pop idol’s collaboration with fellow artists like Benny Blanco, Nile Rodgers, Huh Yunjin and more, producing a six-track collection. Presently, J-Hope is serving his mandatory 18-month tenure in the military like the other BTS members. However, he has come up with a special treat for his admirers. It is a behind-the-scenes sneak peek into the making of Hope On The Street Vol 1 album that the singer dropped on YouTube.

The video opens with J-Hope at the recording session, working on the album. He worked with a video editor suggesting mixes and rhythms into the songs and overseeing what would be better for the tracks. The clip featured J-Hope working with other singers namely Yoonmirae, Gaeko and the girl group LE SSERAFIM’s Huh Yunjin where they offered interesting insights on making the album a success.

The BTS vocalist also mentioned that one of his songs named I Don’t Know was previously titled In The House, during the production phase. In the video, J-Hope also wished that fans loved Hope On The Street upon its inception, during his military commitments.

As soon as the video was dropped on YouTube, social media users were quick to shower their love on J-Hope for the dedication he harboured towards his craft. “J-hope is a walking masterpiece in all aspects. He isn’t only a dancer and rapper/singer, he’s MULTI-TALENTED!!" lauded one individual. “J-HOPE is the type of person who can make everyone’s heart smile with his sunshine smile," commented another. Noting the K-pop star’s actions in the video, a person wrote, “J-Hope alone in the studio writing lyrics and songs, talking to his fans that are out there waiting for his work. He knows exactly how the song should sound so he gives clear instructions to his peers."

J-Hope’s six songs in the Hope On The Street Vol 1 album consist of I Don’t Know, I Wonder, NEURON, On The Street (solo version), Lock/Unlock, and What If (dance mix). All the seven members of BTS are expected to reunite in 2025.
