Recently, the Serbian model and actor took to her Instagram Stories to share a sneak peek into her intense workout sessions. She was seen sporting a black co-ord set with white sneakers as she performed some intense belt squats that she had coupled with heavy weights.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Natasa Stankovic showed how she sweat it out in the gym with belt squats. She increased the intensity of her workout by adding heavy weights. Belt squats are perfect for toning out the thigh and glute muscles. This exercise also puts pressure on the leg muscles without straining the back.

Additionally, Stankovic also incorporates dance into her workouts. She shared a video from her dance workout on Instagram where she was joined by her son Agastya and nephew Kavir. She was seen sporting a black crop top that she had paired with white pants. The workout showed off her graceful body language, flexibility, and stamina. However, the stars of the video were the kids who tried to match her moves in their own style. Dancing has multiple benefits. It improves mood, tones the muscles, and provides flexibility. Sharing the video, she wrote, “We tipsy on milk.”
