Aamir Khan FINALLY Reveals Why He Skips Awards Shows, Tells Kapil Sharma 'Time Is Precious’
Aamir Khan recently revealed why he doesn't attend award shows. The actor is all set to make his comeback with RS Prasanna’s Sitaare Zameen Par.

Bollywood star Aamir Khan has come a long way in showbiz, with rich content-driven and commercial films to his credit. He may have been born into a family associated with films, but he carved his very own path. Known as Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir has made movies on social themes and been part of shows to highlight major issues. He is also known for his philanthropic deeds. Having said that, the actor has surprisingly stayed away from award shows, which practically have the entire industry in attendance.

Recently, the actor revealed why he has never attended award ceremonies. While making an appearance at The Great Indian Kapil Show, the actor smiled and shared, ‘Time is precious. You should use it wisely.’

Have a look at the video:

The video was captioned, “Ab hogi comedy ki dangal with the one and only Aamir Khan Dekho #TheGreatIndianKapilShow this Saturday 8 pm sirf Netflix par.’”

For the first time ever, Aamir Khan will be making an appearance on Kapil Sharma’s show and will be candid about himself while interacting with his fans and audience.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Aamir Khan is all set to make his comeback with RS Prasanna’s Sitaare Zameen Par and Rajkumar Santoshi’s Lahore: 1947. While the actor will be starring opposite Genelia D’Souza in the former, he will be producing his maiden collaboration in the latter, which will see Sunny Deol in the lead. A recent report claims that both projects will kick off in February.

Earlier this year, Netflix announced a partnership and a laughter extravaganza with Kapil. He was seen with his OG gang, Archana Puran Singh, and fan- favourites Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, and Rajiv Thakur, tickling our funny bone with their comic timing. The show also marked the return of Sunil Grover. He became a household name after playing the popular fictional characters Gutthi and Dr. Mashoor Gulati.

The show airs every Saturday at 8 pm on Netflix.
