Thai rapper and singer, Lisa from sensational Korean girl group BLACKPINK, has taken the internet by storm after she announced her solo comeback track titled Rockstar. Fans worldwide have been eagerly anticipating Lisa’s solo projects. Finally, the teaser poster for Rockstar has certainly lived up to the fans’ expectations. Lisa surprised her fans by unveiling the first look poster on Thursday, June 20. The teaser poster showcased a quirky new look of Lisa.

In the photo, Lisa is flaunting a bold pixie haircut, a pair of exaggerated chunky Ferrari sunglasses, giant transparent hoop earrings and a black rabbit necklace. Her look in the poster also includes a striking silver teeth accessory. Her appearance overall compliments the song’s title, Rockstar. The transformation is striking as it shows Lisa in a way her fans have never seen before.

Lisa shared the teaser poster across all her official accounts, with the caption, “ROCKSTAR. 06/27 @ 8PM EST 06/28 @ 9AM KST.”

She had previously hinted at the release of this song in a TikTok video, where she said “Baby I am a Rockstar.”

The response from fans has been nothing short of phenomenal. As soon as Lisa uploaded the poster, social media platforms lit up with reactions. A comment on her Instagram post read, “Presave Rockstar,” while another one said, “LisaXRockstar.” One fan wrote, “Omggggg super rockstar!!” Another commented, “We already know it’s gonna be lit,” while another fan celebrated Lisa’s return by writing, “Queen Lisa is back.”

Despite the overwhelmingly positive reactions, there were a few negative comments too. However, Lisa’s fans were quick to defend her. One supporter responded to criticism saying, “Honest? okay. According to Rolling Stone, Rockstar will mark Lisa’s first solo release since her collaboration with DJ Snake, Ozuna, and Megan Thee Stallion on SG, in 2021.
