Mega Star Chiranjeevi recently bought a sprawling 6-acre property on a serene hilltop in Ooty, Tamil Nadu. According to a report by 123 Telugu.com, the megastar has spent a whopping Rs 16 crore on this prime piece of land. The property is located in an area known for its stunning views and sprawling tea gardens, making it a coveted destination for many celebrities and businessmen.
According to the report, Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan, along with his wife Upasana, have already inspected the property and have been involved in the plans for a lavish farmhouse to be built there. Construction of the farmhouse is expected to begin soon. Chiranjeevi’s ventures in real estate are not new, owning a farmhouse in Devanahalli, near Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru. The star often spends extravagant holidays there with his family during the festive season.
Besides, Chiranjeevi sparked concern among fans after he was spotted with a thumb support brace when he met Rajendra Prasad. The Telugu actor was visiting Rajendra’s house to offer his condolences after his daughter, Gayathri, passed away. In videos shared online, Chiranjeevi was seen reaching Rajendra’s house with his wife.
The actor sported a thumb support brace on his left hand and ensured to keep a safe distance from the cameras. Chiranjeevi extended his support to Rajendra with a hug and offered his condolences to his wife and second daughter. He also paid his last respects to Gayathri’s mortal remains.
On the work front, Chiranjeevi is currently busy with his upcoming mega social fantasy film Vishwambhara, directed by Mallidi Vassishta. The film is slated to release during the Sankranti festival on January 10, 2025. The film stars Trisha Krishnan, Kunal Kapoor, Ashika Ranganath and Meenakshi Chaudhary in prominent roles.
