Comedian Sunil Pal Reveals Shah Rukh Khan Would Quietly Visit Slum To Meet His Staff Member’s Family

Shah Rukh Khan has always won everyone’s hearts with his sweet gestures. Recently, comedian Sunil Pal recalled how the Pathan actor would visit one of his staff member’s house at night. He said that Shah Rukh Khan would quietly come in the dark and would leave after 10-15 minutes.

Talking to Bollywood Bubble, Sunil Pal said, “Shah Rukh’s boy Subhash, now he is no more, he used to live in my slum, where I used to live on rent. Shah Rukh Khan used to visit his house once in every 4-6 months. If it was his kid’s birthday or if there was some other occasion, he used to visit. He would come after 12 or 1 in the night, when it was dark. He would come silently, stay for 10-15 minutes and leave.”

He further recalled meeting the actor in Singapore. “I went for a tour to Singapore where the Morani brothers paid me Rs 20,000. There was a show held in a stadium there and I remember after the event Shah Rukh introduced every artist, including me, to the audience. Ganesh Hegde was also present there. He told me to come to green room and perform in front of SRK. He entered the room with a drink and cigarette in his hand, and I started mimicking his popular dialogues in front of him,” he shared.

After enjoying a phenomenal year at the box office in 2023, Shah Rukh Khan has his fans buzzing with excitement over his next film. The latest speculation hints that he has started working on Sujoy Ghosh’s directorial venture, ‘King’. A recent image circulating online suggests that Shah Rukh is currently on set in Spain, fueling the anticipation even more.

Recently, Shah Rukh Khan hinted at commencing shooting for his upcoming film around July-August. A recent video circulating among his fans provided more insight, suggesting that the actor is gearing up for his next project, tentatively titled ‘King’. Keen-eyed users on X noted that the script for ‘King’ could be seen on the table beside him in the video.

According to reports, ‘King’ is set to depict Shah Rukh in a compelling role as a notorious underworld figure. What’s more, this film will serve as the acting debut of his daughter, Suhana Khan. Suhana had her first taste of the acting world in Zoya Akhtar’s acclaimed Netflix film ‘The Archies’ last year, and now, she’s set to share the screen for the first time with her father. The movie is a joint production between Shah Rukh’s Red Chillies Entertainment and Siddharth Anand’s Marflix Pictures, adding to the anticipation surrounding this exciting project.
