The first-look poster of Telugu actor Varun Sandesh-starrer Nindha has been unveiled on Instagram by the film’s writer and director, Rajesh Jagannadham. The poster has piqued the curiosity of the audience with its unique look. On the poster, Varun is shown donning a sombre expression and a shadowy figure is seen lurking behind him. This duality creates a sense of unease, leaving social media users questioning the relevance of both pictures. When the users flip the poster upside down, they’re greeted by a statue of Nyaya Devata, the Hindu goddess of justice, also masked. This play on visuals hints at a legal battle. The line in the poster “Inspired by True Incidents” has further anticipated the release of this film amongst the viewers.
Social media users appreciated the poster and also wished the best to the makers of Nindha. The words “Kandrakota Mystery” hints at a cryptic clue regarding the central theme of the film. This can possibly revolve around a real-life incident or urban legend associated with the Andhra Pradesh village of Kandrakota.
The anticipation surrounding Nindha’s release intensifies with the news that filming has been completed. The makers have announced the release of the film’s teaser on May 15. Besides Varun, this film stars an ensemble cast of actors Annie, Bhadram, Mime Madhu, Tanikella Bharani and others. Backed by The Fervent Indie Productions, Nindha’s release date is yet to be declared in the public domain.
Varun is one of the popular actors of Telugu cinema. He has been away from Telugu films for a long time. He made his debut in 2007 with Sekhar Kammula’s directorial venture, Happy Days. He later acted in films in Yemaindi Ee Vela, D for Dopidi, Kotha Bangaru Lokam, Kurradu, Pandavulu Pandavulu Thummeda. He last appeared in 2015 in the Telugu film Mama Manchu Alludu Kanchu. Varun Sandesh was also seen in the controversial Telugu reality TV show Bigg Boss 3 as a contestant in the year 2019. He qualified for the grand finale’s last stage and finished in fourth place.
He will next act in the projects The Constable, Diamond Raja and an untitled project as well.
