Dia Mirza celebrated her son Avyaan Azaad’s birthday in the most special way. He turned three years old on May 14. On the occasion, the actress hosted a jungle-themed party in the garden of her Mumbai apartment. She invited her friends and industry contemporaries to the fun-filled bash. Some celebrity guests who attended the birthday celebration were Neha Dhupia and Soha Ali Khan. Soha Ali Khan shared the lovely cake-cutting ceremony on her Instagram Stories. It captured Avyaan bending over a two-tiered creamy cake. The dessert was decorated with edible animal and plant motifs. His name was emblazoned on the cake too. Dia Mirza was seen helping her little munchkin blow the candles and cut the cake. Avyaan was dressed in a unicorn and cloud-printed white shirt and matching pants. Sharing the same frame was Dia’s businessman-husband, Vaibhav Rekhi. He looked at his son affectionately and clapped his hands. “You are so loved” captioned Soha, adding a red heart emoji.
Neha Dhupia paid an ode to all the mothers present at the party by dropping a happy photograph on her Instagram Stories. The snap features Dia Mirza, dressed in a floral-patterned sleeveless blue top and a matching pleated skirt. Soha Ali Khan donned a blue maxi dress, adorned with multi-hued floral prints at the hem. She made a victory gesture. Neha looked corpcore chic in an off-white vest and similar-shaded trousers. Everyone in the click sported beaming smiles. “The cool mamas, the cute mamas, the conscious mamas, the correct mamas, and the dog mamas” captioned the former Roadies judge.
In another sweet photo, Neha Dhupia was seen in a playful mood. She engaged in a fun game with Avyaan, making funny faces and holding a toy dinosaur in her hands. The kid leaned forward enjoying himself. Wishing him a happy birthday, Neha’s sweet message read, “Stay cut, stay curious.”
Dia Mirza married Vaibhav Rekhi on February 15, 2021, in an intimate ceremony. They welcomed Avyaan in the same year. Dia is also the stepmother of Vaibhav’s daughter Samaira Rekhi from his first marriage.
