Jr NTR Says He Is 'Filled With Immense Gratitude' After The Success Of Devara: Part 1, Shares A Note

Starring Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, and Saif Ali Khan, Devara: Part 1 broke records upon its release last month. The Koratala Siva directorial even went ahead of Francis Ford Coppola’s Megalopolis in terms of box office collection in North America. As the cast and crew of the film are basking in its success, Jr NTR shared a note where he thanked the audience for their response to this action drama.

Taking to his X (formerly known as Twitter), Jr NTR shared a long note where he spoke about the film and the love that it has received from the audience. The actor wrote, “This film holds a special place in my heart, and seeing the outpouring of love from around the world makes it even more special.” He thanked his co-stars – Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Prakash Raj, and Srikanth.

In his note, the actor also thanked the director Koratala Siva, musician Anirudh Ravichander, and the crew behind the film. He talked about the support that Devara: Part 1 received from distributors and exhibitors as well. Lastly, he thanked his fans and concluded, “To my FANS who always stand by me and keep giving me that energy, I feel truly blessed. Your unwavering support is the reason I push myself beyond limits. I carry each of your love-filled cheers and words of encouragement in my heart. It’s your belief in me that gives me strength, and for that, I am forever indebted. You are the reason this journey is meaningful and I promise to keep giving my best for you.”

Devara: Part 1 was Jr NTR’s solo venture in six years. The movie revolves around a man who undertakes a sea journey to protect his people. Shot on a budget of Rs 300 crores, the movie earned more than Rs 360 crores at the box office and emerged as a blockbuster.
