'Just The Beginning': Anasuya Bharadwaj On Pawan Kalyan's Party's Stunning Show In Elections

Anasuya Bharadwaj is one of the popular actresses in the Telugu film industry and successfully transitioned from a news presenter to a prominent figure. She recently stirred the headlines on a clip tweeted by Chiranjeevi celebrating the electoral win of his brother and actor Pawan Kalyan.

She tweeted,” This is!! #ALeaderHasArrived #PowerStarInPower #ThisIsJustTheBeginning.” The clip shows Pawan’s political outfit Jana Sena party members and family members celebrating his success in the 2024 Loksabha elections. The Jana Sena Party leader hugged everyone in the family and touched the feet of his elder brother and actor Chiranjeevi. He also cut a cake with the family members.

Kalyan made his mark in politics in the Lok Sabha elections in 2024. The 55-year-old actor’s Jana Sena Party swept 21 of the 21 MLA seats and two out of the two MP seats it contested.

In a recent interview, Anasuya pledged her support to Jana Sena Party. The Kshanam actress had said that she would be keen to join the election campaign if Power Star Pawan Kalyan calls her. He is the Jana Sena party chief. “Pawan Kalyan is a great leader. If he calls me to campaign, I will go,” she said.

The 39-year-old actress further said that she is not very interested in politics. She said that parties are not important to her, but leaders and their ideologies are. The Telugu actress also added in the interview that if she likes the leaders’ agendas, she will support them.

Anasuya is known for her performances in the films Kshanam, Rangasthalam, and the Allu Arjun starrer Puspa: The Rise. She played the role of Dakshayani in the Allu Arjun starrer. She recently acted in the upcoming film Razakar-The Silent Genocide of Hyderabad. This Telugu epic historical action drama film was written and directed by Yata Satyanarayana.

The film revolved around the events leading to Operation Polo in the erstwhile princely state of Hyderabad. The movie was produced by Gudur Narayana Reddy under Samarveer Creation LLP. It was released on March 15, 2024, and was simultaneously dubbed into Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
