Nirup Bhandari stands out as one of the most notable and beloved young actors in the Kannada film industry. His performances have garnered immense love from audiences, earning him widespread acclaim for his exceptional acting skills. Recent reports show that Nirup Bhandari and Sai Kumar, the successful duo from RangiTaranga, have reunited for a new project with an intriguing premise. Titled Sathya – S/O Harishchandra, the film is supported by Ankket Cinemas. The unveiling of the title and first look has sparked excitement among fans. The initial glimpse showcases a captivating blend of colours, with Nirup Bhandari shining in his role as the son and Sai Kumar delivering a robust portrayal of the father. Director Sachin Vaali adds depth to the poster with a compelling slogan, ‘My father… My villain..’, piquing curiosity and anticipation.

In a fitting gesture, the first look of the film was shared by the protagonist’s father and the producer’s father, echoing the father-son theme central to the narrative. Set against the stunning backdrops of Thirthahalli and Channagiri, Sathya – S/O Harishchandra delves into the eternal struggle between truth and deceit. Reports suggest that the film will also feature light-hearted comedic moments, adding a dash of levity to the intense drama.
Apart from Nirup Bhandari and Sai Kumar, the film boasts a talented ensemble cast including Brinda Acharya, Ankita Amar, Swathi Gurudutt, MK Mata and Chetan Durga, among others. Directed by Sachin Vaali and produced by Ankket Sonigara, the project is co-produced by Prashant Mulage. Sandeep Valluri handles the cinematography, while Sachin Basrur contributes to the musical score and Ujwal Chandra takes charge of editing.
